OK, so you’re thinking - "this isn’t new, I saw the video for this single yonks ago".

Well my friend, you’re both right and wrong.  You saw a video for I Start to Run, but not this one.  

Presumably just because they freaking well can, White Denim have biffed out another video for I Start to Run.
