Sweden’s masters of attenuated bombast, Shout Out Louds, worked with Seattle producer Phil Ek (Built To Spill, Band Of Horses) on their new album, Walls, which explains the soft Northwesternly rub of the recently leaked title track. There’s also a video, shot during the sessions, where they do Seattle things like drink Rainer beer and eat at Dick’s, lest you think we are projecting this stuff from nowhere. Walls is out on February 23rd through Merge.
