Cashier No.9 are an insanely catchy, brash and swaggering hybrid of rock, pop, indie, country and electronica. Born from a cheap sequencing package, a broken acoustic guitar, a head full of Indie and a compulsion to create music, now evolved into a powerful 4-piece, they're John Kennedy at XFM hottest tipped talent to emerge from Belfast's exploding music scene. Miss at your peril!

"Thanks very much for turning us on to this! Cashier No.9 is the name of the band" – Radio 2, Steve Lamacq show
"Get your cheque book outs!" – Radio 1, Rob Da Bank show
"Ominous shuffle-beats and head-bending guitars" – Guardian online’s Band of the day
"A band you want to hear more from." – BBC.co.uk
